- No Automatic Refunds: ShippingGoat.com does not automatically issue refunds for purchased shipping labels.

- Direct Carrier Process: Refund requests for unused labels must be processed directly with the shipping carrier in accordance with their terms and conditions.

- USPS may allow refunds for unused shipping labels under certain conditions

- The label must not have been used to ship a package

Note: ShippingGoat acts as an intermediary for label purchases. We cannot directly issue refunds for carrier services. You must contact the carrier directly for any refund requests related to unused labels.
4. Service Error Refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a technical error on our platform prevents label generation after payment has been processed
- Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same label due to a system error
- Payment Processing Error: If there is an error in payment processing that results in an incorrect charge amount
- Service Unavailability: If our service fails to deliver the purchased label to you due to a system malfunction

5. No Refunds For
We cannot issue refunds in the following situations:
- Used Labels: Labels that have been used to ship a package

6. Refund Processing Time
For approved refunds processed by ShippingGoat (service errors only):
- Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Cryptocurrency Refunds: Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed to the original wallet address within 3-5 business days, subject to blockchain confirmation times
- Processing Time: Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account
7. Cryptocurrency Payment Considerations
Special considerations apply to cryptocurrency payments:
- Blockchain Transactions: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
